TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Once the purchase is confirmed, your order is prepared and shipped via tracked postal shipping.
If the purchased product is not available, the customer will be contacted and / or proposed a replacement article or refunded through the payment method used for the purchase.
Once the package has been received, accept and sign subject to scrutiny.
If a product failure occurs or the product is damaged during transport and this has not been accepted with reserve, our company is not liable.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICIES
Product returns are accepted no later than 14 days from receipt of the order, return costs are charged to the customer (excluding damaged products - see above)
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RETURN PRODUCT except for defective or damaged product (for personal hygiene and house cleaning products)
IT IS POSSIBLE TO RETURN PRODUCT For furniture products, if still packed and not damaged.
Food products cannot be returned.
IN CASE DURING TRANSPORT THE PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED, contact us by email. We will propose you either the new sending of the products or a refund.
The REFUND will be made within the next working day and will be made through the same payment method used in the order.
